How do I reserve the equipment?
Call Tiny Tourist directly to reserve your preferred equipment at 907-696-2821. Inquiries are
accepted via email, however reservations must be confirmed via telephone.
Are reservations required?
Reservations are not required but they are recommended. Due to the high demand for equipment in the
tourist season (May - September) we recommend at least 2 weeks notice for all reservations. Last
minute requests are gladly accepted on a first come first serve basis. If you require a rush order,
delivery within 48 hours of your reservation, a $15.00 rush order surcharge will be assessed to your

How will I receive my equipment?
Tiny Tourist will deliver your equipment to the location of your choice in Anchorage or Eagle River
Alaska free of charge. Deliveries outside the Anchorage area can be made for an additional fee.
Can my equipment be delivered before my arrival?
Equipment can be delivered and set up prior to your arrival date. Arrangements can be made to have
your hotel, or car rental company, hold the equipment for your or arrangements can be made for the
equipment to be received at a private residence prior to arrival. Payment arrangements must be made in
advance for pre-arrival deliveries.
Can you pick up the equipment after I leave?
Special arrangements can be made for pick up after your departure. Payment arrangements must be
made in advance for pick ups after your departure.
Can I change my order once it has been placed?
Tiny Tourist will certainly attempt to make all requested changes based on availability.
Can I pick up my order myself?
Tiny Tourist can make special arrangements for pick up as needed. Please contact us at
907-696-2821 for information.
How do I know the equipment is safe and clean?
Tiny Tourist cleans and sanitizes all equipment prior to rental. Each item is carefully inspected for
defects, registered with the manufacturer for recall notification, and promptly discarded if damaged.
Although Tiny Tourist can not be held liable for manufacturer defects, or improper use, we do make
every effort to ensure the equipment is completely safe and clean for your child. All items are only
gently used and come fully assembled and ready to use!
What if I need something not on your list?
Tiny Tourist will be happy to accommodate special requests as items are available. Please call in
advance for any special request items.
Can I rent the items daily?
Yes, all items are available for daily rental but the full weekly rate applies for rental days one through
seven. Daily rental rates apply after one full week of rental, rental days eight and on. Daily rentals are
available on a first come first serve basis. Please call 907-696-2821 for reservations.
Can I rent the items for more than one week?
Yes, items can be rented for the time line that meets your needs. If your trip is more than one week,
but less than 2, you will be charged for one full week plus the daily rental fee for any additional days
within the second week.
Can I take the items with me out of the Anchorage area?
Special arrangements can be made for you to take your items with you out of the immediate area.
Customers are responsible for all items once in their possession and will be responsible for full
replacement value, plus a 10% restocking fee, for any items lost or damaged. Items may not be
removed from Alaska and can not be taken on over night cruise ships.
How do I pay?
Tiny Tourist accepts cash, personal checks with proper ID, travelers checks, and money orders. Credit
card payment is not available at this time. Payment is due in full upon delivery or mailed prior to
arrival. A $30 NSF fee will be charged for any returned check.
What if I have to leave early or don't need the items for as long as I thought?
Unfortunately due to demand Tiny Tourist does not issue refunds for unused days. Items are paid in
full upon delivery and may be returned early without a refund.
What if I need to cancel my entire order?
Tiny Tourist asks that you provide at least 7 days notice for all cancellations.
